Gambling legalization in Pennsylvania: A timeline

Online gaming still isn’t legal in Pennsylvania, but for the past five years, representatives have been working to change that.

Three times in the last three years, the Pennsylvania House has been on the cusp of legalizing online gaming, only to fall a few votes short each time. The state is once again on the precipice of passing a law that would finally legalize online gambling, but its shaky history on the matter makes the vote far from a sure thing.
