    • As attention to sports betting ads grows across North America, operators are adjusting their approach Abut not slowing down their marketing. Sports betting ad impressions in the US from January 1 to August 15 grew 25% year-over-year, according to ad tracking firm iSpot. The growth comes outside of the NFL betting season, which often draws the bulk of sports betting promotions and is about to kick off for US sports betting.
  • SBC Americas: Bally Bet Relaunches In US With New Betting App And Added Ohio Market
    • A little more than two months after powering down its proprietary app, Bally Bet is back up and running with a sportsbook app powered by Kambi and using White Hat’s player account management system (PAM). Bally Bet is fully live in Ohio and will be relaunched in the following states very soon: Iowa, Indiana, Colorado, Arizona, New York, and Virginia. That is important for Ohio, as Bally’s signed a ten-year partnership with the Cleveland Browns in April 2022 in advance of the Jan. 1, 2023 launch date in the state.

In addition, the conference announced it will debut a gameday student-athlete availability report for all football competitions during the 2023 season.

    • BetMGM completed its single wallet and app migration in six states, the online gambling operator announced to bettors in an Aug. 30 email.
