Alaska Proposes Authorizing Sports Betting with HB 145

HB 145, which would authorize sports betting in Alaska, is scheduled to be a heard on Feb 25 in the House Labor and Commerce Committee.
The bill is rolled over from last year, with the sponsor of the bill serving on the Committee. The bill would permit up to 10 OSB licenses with a fee of 100,000 and a tax rate of 20%.
