Bills Introduced to Allow for State-Wide Mobile Sports Betting in MS

Several bills to allow for state-wide mobile sports betting have been introduced this session.
Recently, the chair of the Gaming Committee, Rep Eure introduced his bill, but it includes an in-person registration requirement, and also a requirement that accounts have to be re-registered in person every 12 months.
iDEA will monitor developments and will seek opportunities to engage with lawmakers and stakeholders.
