Delaware Sports Betting Bill Anticipated to Pass the House

HB 365 was passed out of the House Administration Committee.
During a hearing this week, several lawmakers spoke in favor of a competitive market for sports betting including the Speaker of the House. It has not been referred to the House Appropriations Committee. A hearing date has not yet been set. iDEA testified in support of the bill at the hearing, as did other iDEA members. The bill should be able to pass the House in the coming weeks.
