Hawaii Online Sports Betting Bill Progresses to Final Negotiation Stage

HB1308 was voted out of the Senate on 04/08 (see member portal).
As expected, the House did not approve of the amended Senate bill, which sets up a conference committee, where lawmakers will negotiate on a final bill. There is the potential that lawmakers will not reach agreement in this committee.
The bill would authorize a minimum of 4 online operators and says that qualified applicants must be operational in at least 3 states.
