iDEA Letter to Senator Hoskins in Missouri Regarding Gaming Bill

Gaming legislation in Missouri has been stymied due to an impasse over the treatment of gray-market video gaming terminals. Senator Hoskins is trying to advance a comprehensive gaming bill, and it will be considered on the Senate floor soon.
However, few expect that effort to succeed. iDEA’s letter is sent in anticipation of that bill failing and is intended to persuade the Senate to simply advance a sports betting bill as a stand-alone measure, as sports betting is not controversial in Missouri. The letter can be accessed here.
