iDEA Submits Comments in North Carolina

On 11/17 iDEA submitted a comment letter to the North Carolina Lottery Commission regarding their proposed rule set #2.
Our comments focus on two areas of concerns raised by members. 1) provision that prohibits affiliate marketing revenue share/cpa arrangements, and 2) the lack of clarity on supplier/vendor licensing under the proposed rules. The deadline for all comments is on Nov 27th, and if needed iDEA can submit additional comments. Please let us know if you have suggestions. Also, the lottery has created a new website for matters related to sports wagering. Here is the new URL: ncgaming.gov.
