iDEA Testimony: MD Senate Hearing on HB1319 + Link to Live-Stream
On Tuesday, March 26 the Senate Budget and Tax Committee will hear sponsor testimony on HB 1319. We were asked by Chair Atterbeary to submit testimony and express our support for iGaming. We have taken a position of supporting HB 1319, with amendments.
Our testimony also touches on several issues that have been raised throughout this process and attempts to dispel the claims made by the opposition. You can view the full testimony here.

With just a couple of weeks left in session, the most likely path forward for iGaming is through a negotiation on the budget.
