iDEA to Testify in Support of Delaware’s HB 365

On May 22, iDEA will be testifying before the Delaware House Administration Committee to support HB 365 a bill that would authorize up to 6 mobile sports betting licenses in the state.
Currently, the state lottery operates sports betting with a single provider. This bill would open the market to more competitors, enhance consumer options and increase revenues for the state. The hearing will be live streamed and archived via this link; and our testimony can be read here.
