Indiana iGaming Hearing Could Include Sports Betting Tax Hike

On 01/28 the Public Policy Committee will hold a hearing and a vote on iGaming legislation.

We understand that the bill sponsor (who is also the chairman of the Committee) intends to offer a substitute amendment to his bill, which would include increasing the current sports betting tax rate to 20%.
