Kansas Draft Rules Undergoing Revision

The draft rules that we shared earlier this month are undergoing revisions based on feedback from the state’s casinos and their operator partners.
This revision has potentially slowed the progress towards a beginning of NFL launch. If that goal is not reached, we believe it is still likely that launch will occur by late Sept/early Oct.
iDEA is communicating state Lottery and the Racing and Gaming Commission who will have joint oversight over the rulemaking process and the regulation of sports wagering.
