Maine Gambling Control Unit Issues 1st Draft of Proposed Regulations

On January 11, the MGCU issued the first draft of proposed sports betting regulations. The draft rules can be accessed here and the notice of rule making can be accessed here.

MGCU will hold a public hearing on the proposed rules on January 31, and the deadline for public comment is March 3.
