Maine’s Non-Tribal Owned Casino Files Lawsuit Re Tribal Exclusive iGaming Rights

In regards to our previous post on Maine’s governor signing an iGaming bill that grants tribes exclusive rights,
one of the state’s non-tribal owned casinos filed a lawsuit claiming race-based discrimination for only including tribes to offer iGaming.
