Maryland Commission Prepares to Publish Rules on OSB, DFS and Promotional Deductions

During a 10/24 Commission meeting in Maryland, staff indicated that the rules related to OSB, DFS and promotional deductions will be published in the register on either November 15 or December 2. You can view a recording of the meeting here.
Once published, there will be a 30-day comment window on the rules.
We’re told that these proposed rules could be put on hold by lawmakers who will request that they be reviewed by a legislative oversight committee.
