Maryland: Mobile and Retail Sports Betting Update

The MD Lottery and SWARC have approved several entities for retail sports betting, 5 casinos are currently taking bets. Mobile licensing and applications still on hold until the SWARC completes a new disparity study.

iDEA continues to monitor activity of the SWARC and MD Lottery and also communicates with these bodies as needed.
