MD Sports Wagering Rules Package to be Published in December

We are operating with the understanding that the package of rules related to sports wagering, DFS, and promo deductions will be published in the Maryland Register on December 2nd.
There will be a 30-day comment window on the rules. We are told that these proposed rules could be put on hold by lawmakers who will request that they be reviewed by a legislative oversight committee.
