Minnesota Senate Committee Passes Amended Version of SF 1949

On March 5, the Senate Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection passed an amended version of SF 1949.
Some key amendments include an in-game betting ban and the requirement of a study on gambling activity in Minnesota prior to the implementation of sports betting. The bill was referred to the Senate Committee on Taxes. The bill has been scheduled for a hearing in this committee on March 14.
