Missouri Ballot Initiative Heats Up with Two Weeks Left Until Election Day

The leading opponent for the ballot initiative has pulled out their TV ad dollars for the remaining two weeks of the campaign. They believe they have already succeeded in defeating the measure based on polling.
However, a lot can change in the final two weeks of a campaign and pro-sports betting ads are filling the airwaves. This week, both the Republican and Democratic candidates for Governor support the ballot measure, citing that Missourians are simply traveling into Kansas and Illinois to place their bets and the money should be kept in Missouri.
