Missouri Gaming Commission Advances Sports Betting Rules, with an Expected Summer 2025 Launch

The Commission continues its rule making process and has sent some of their draft rules to the governor for review and sign-off.
The latest batch of rules were shared with industry for input earlier this month and the MGC is seeking feedback till Feb 21st.
Once the governor approves, the rules will be open to a 30-day comment window. It is unclear if the governor will approve rules on a first-come-first-served basis or if he will hold them and approve them all at once.
The launch is not expected until early Summer of 2025.
