Missouri House Likely to Pass Bill Next Week; Still Senate Opposition

We expect the Missouri House to pass their bill the week of Feb 11, however, it is unlikely to move in the Senate given strong opposition from Sen. Hoskins. This means the ballot initiative could gain more steam in the coming weeks.
