Missouri Issues Temp Licenses to Approved Operators and Suppliers

Once temp license holders provide internal controls and house rules, the Commission will issue an authorization letter for payment providers. Operators that have met these obligations will be able to allow patrons to establish accounts and accept deposits on Nov 17. Live wagering cannot commence until Dec 1. IDEA will continue to monitor these matters.
