We anticipate that draft regulations will be issued early in the new year, with opportunity for input. The regulator has a reputation of being for thorough licensing and investigations related to gaming licenses, and we anticipate they will be deliberate for sports wagering as well. Further, recently the regulator publicly stated that they interpret the ballot measure to permit each land-based casino to have a mobile (and retail) sports wagering license. Should this interpretation hold, there could be up to 20+ potential online licenses available in Missouri.
