MN Bill Moves on to House Judiciary and Civil Law Committee

The Minnesota House Commerce, Finance, and Policy Committee passed HF 2000. As background, HF 2000 and SF 1949 are identical bills to legalize sports betting and provide for 11 online sports betting licenses, one for each tribe.
The online tax rate would be 10%. The bills are supported by the state’s tribes and professional teams.
