More Applicants in North Carolina and Due Date for Operator Internal Controls Policies

The NC Commission held a meeting on January 10 and announced that there are now 9 operator applicants.
Operators must submit their internal controls policies by January 26.
They did not issue a firm launch date, but we still believe that mid-March is when they are targeting. The Commission is continuing to update its FAQ page as things develop.
