MS House and Senate Committee Members Unable to Reach Compromise on HB 774

Mississippi bill – HB 774 – died this week in a conference committee. House and Senate committee members were unable to reach a compromise by the deadline to file a conference report. The Senate was unwilling to accept many of the provisions within the House bill due to vocal opposition from a limited number of casinos that do not support mobile betting.
