New Bill Introduced in Kansas House

The bill was by Rep Barker authorizing sports betting through the state casinos. Bill can be accessed here.
This bill is a result of consultation with the casinos, tracks and lottery. However, we do not anticipate unified industry support for the state’s land-based entities at an upcoming hearing.
