New York State Assembly Passes A1118

The proposal, sponsored by Assemb. Clyde Vanel, calls for sports betting companies to include information within it’s advertising that highlights the potential dangers of legal gambling.
The bill then moved to the Senate where it was referred to the Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee.
