OCCC Request of Operators Deadline, Proposed Admin Rules Change and Comments Deadline

The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) sent an email to sports gaming stakeholders requesting that each operator confirm that it does not – or has ceased offering – any directed consumer promotions, based on non-gaming consumer transactions, no later than 5pm on Fri, July 7, 2023.
To assist the industry, the OCCC has proposed a change to administrative rules, which can be viewed here.
The OCCC welcomes stakeholder comments on the proposed administrative rule change.
