Ohio Announces Two Hearings Next Week (SB 197 and Stewart iGaming Bill)

The Ohio Senate will hold its 2nd hearing on SB 197 next Thursday, May 22. This will include testimony from public; iDEA plans to attend and present at the hearing. Also, in regards to the anticipated iGaming bill being introduced by House Finance Chair Stewart, his committee has announced a hearing on Tuesday, May 20. I don’t believe iDEA will be in a position to testify at this hearing, however, we suspect that another hearing will be held for stakeholders.–> Link to Agenda
