Ohio CCC Requests Stakeholder Feedback by Feb 4

The OCCC released the 2nd batch of rules and are seeking stakeholder feedback by February 4. The rules deal with general licensing requirements, Type-A and -B proprietor licensing, services provider licensing, general wagering provisions, and equipment. Dan Dodd and John Pappas are reviewing the rules now to identify areas where iDEA will want to weigh in. Read the full email from the OCCC here.
iDEA continues to engage with the Ohio Casino Control Commission during the regulatory process and is also evaluating what legislative “fixes” to pursue in 2022.
We are preparing information for the OCCC to consider when preparing their rule to determine “incremental economic benefit” for granting a 2nd skin.
