Ohio Lawmakers Consider iGaming Bill Despite Governor’s Opposition

Lawmakers are considering the introduction of an iGaming bill to address funding needs in the state budget.
While this could get support in the legislature, the Governor has indicated that he would oppose iGaming. Jack Casino will be a strong opponent.
Last year, the Future of Gaming Commission issued a report recommending that the state legalize iGaming. More info on that report in the Member Portal.
