Ohio: Summary of OCCC Meeting

The OCCC announced they will have a special meeting in April to do Batch 3 rather than waiting a month for the regular meeting.
There will be no bets on events where outcome is known in advance (certain prop bets, non-sporting events, etc).
The OCCC is going to have ongoing discussions with Ohio’s Department of Development about the standards for economic development that have to be met for a Type B license, and also for Type A licensees who have to have “multiple employees”. This will have an effect on who receives the at-large proprietor licenses.
