Online Sports Betting Launch in the District

On the evening of July 16, the Mayor returned the budget bill to the City Council, permitting the law to proceed. As a result, OSB operators were permitted to launch in the District on July 17. Currently, three operators are live and we anticipate three additional operators to launch ahead of the NFL season.
