Possible Recount on Missouri Sport Betting Ballot Measure Looms

The margin of victory narrowed, but the sports betting ballot measure still looks to have the votes to be certified as passed, but the possibility of a recount looms.
Certification will happen in December, and a recount must be requested by an “interested party” by December 17th. We are told that Caesars, who initially opposed the ballot measure, is unlikely to request a recount, but there could be another group that does.
