Update from Missouri - iDevelopment & Economic Association

A third and fourth bill to allow sports betting in Missouri have been filed. State Rep. Dan Houx filed House Bill 556, and State Rep. Phil Christofanelli has filed House Bill 581.

Both bills impose a 10% tax rate, and sportsbooks would not be required to use official league data. Neither bill proposes any regulation for video lottery terminals. More background information can be accessed here and here.
