On. Jan. 25, the Senate Ways and Means Committee chaired by Sen. Lang conducted a hearing on Senate Bill 104-FN-A.
No vote was taken on the measure, but a representative from Churchill Downs testified in opposition on the basis that online gaming would cannibalize existing retail gaming locations in the state.
