Update from Washington

On Apr. 5, the proposed rule change from the Washington State Gambling Commission (WSGC) to decrease the fee for major sports betting vendors to $30,000, for mid-level vendors to $5,000, and for ancillary vendors to $2,000 was published for the first time.
We anticipate there will be a hearing on the proposal rule on May 11. A copy of the proposed rule can be accessed here.
