Today, the OCCC released its draft of applications for Type A/B Proprietor licenses and Mobile Management Services Provider/Management Service Provider licenses. See email and both drafts (here and here). Comments on these applications are due by COB on Friday, May 6th. Please let Dan Dodd and I know if you have any concerns/questions.
