Wyoming iGaming Bill Dies in Stunning Committee Setback Despite Stakeholder Support

Unfortunately, despite strong support from several stakeholders, the iGaming bill died this week in Committee.
After hearing about 2 hours of testimony (including testimony from iDEA) the chair asked for a 2nd to bring the bill to a vote, and it was not seconded. This is quite a stunning result since as of last week, we had information that a majority of the Committee was supportive of the bill and that it would clear this hurdle with no issue.
