Maryland SWARC to meet Wednesday, 11/3

The Maryland SWARC is scheduled to meet on Wednesday at 10:30am. You can find their proposed agenda here. There is still considerable concern from the AG’s office about allowing the retail entities to begin operations and also how to proceed with a new disparity study. While the agenda indicates that there will be discussions on these points, it is unclear whether or not approvals will be made at this meeting.
