Kansas Sports Betting Bill Signed into Law

While regulators would like to achieve a retail/mobile launch by the beginning of football season, they are cautioning that much work need to be done and are already suggesting that it would happen in the fall, rather than the start of NFL season.
State regulators (both the state lottery and state gaming commission) are working jointly to quickly finalize regulations so that operations for both online and retail can start by football season.
