OHIO: First Application Window Open Through July 15
Today, the OCCC announced that the first application window for sports betting is open through July 15 for Proprietor, Management Services Provider, first designated Mobile Management Services Provider, and Supplier applicants looking to launch on January 1, 2023. Full email included below.

Sports Gaming Stakeholders,
The first application window for sports gaming opened today. This window is for Proprietor, Management Services Provider, first designated Mobile Management Services Provider, and Supplier applicants looking to launch on January 1, 2023. This first application window closes July 15. As such, the Commission has updated its sports gaming website with additional information, tools, and resources related to licensing.
Looking for a list of applicants? The Commission will be posting this information on its sports gaming licensing webpage starting the evening of June 17. This list will be updated every Friday evening to ensure all interested parties are provided with information at the same time. Please note that most of the information contained in submitted applications is confidential and not subject to public disclosure pursuant to R.C. 3775.14 and Ohio’s public records law.
As a reminder, the application window for second designated Mobile Management Services Providers and Type-C Sports Gaming Hosts will open on July 15. Any application for these license types submitted before this date will not be considered.
