MA Companies Seeking Mobile Sports Wagering License Begin Filing “Notice of Intent”

In the past week, several companies have filed their “notice of intent” to seek a mobile sports wagering license. As a reminder, there will be 15 avail (6 tied to casinos + 2 OTB + Untethered).
Filing a NOI is not mandatory, but is being used by the Commission to determine the resources they need to commit to the mobile licensing and vetting process. Nearly 10 companies have filed a NOI thus far.
