MA: Gaming Commission Reviewing All Submitted Applications

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is currently reviewing all submitted applications for deficiencies and communicating with applicants regarding the same.
Category 1 license application reviews start next week. Untethered license application reviews will start at the beginning of January.
For retail launch only, marketing affiliates will be registered versus being licensed. There is the possibility that some will be subjected to a higher level of scrutiny. The Commission will work later on amendments to the relevant regulations.
