Oklahoma Rep Files HB 1027 to be Introduced February 6

On December 29, Oklahoma State Rep. Ken Luttrell pre-filed House Bill 1027, setting it on the legislature’s schedule to be introduced on February 6.
HB 1027 would allow the state’s tribes to amend their gaming compacts with the state and offer both retail and online sports betting and would require them to pay fees derived from sports betting to the state. More information can be accessed here.
