ND House Passes Legislation to Legalize Sports Betting

On January 12, the North Dakota House of Representatives passed legislation to legalize sports betting in the state (HCR 3002) on a 49-44 vote. The measure now heads to the Senate.
If approved by the Senate, the measure would be voted upon in the November 2024 general election. iDEA previously reported on this bill here.
