Update: New Regulations Approved in NY
Oct. 3: The New York State Gaming Commission approved two sets of proposed regulations during their monthly meeting.
The first, which relates to interactive fantasy sports, was approved as published. The second, relating to sports wagering advertising and marketing, was also approved with a few minor changes made to the regulation. The Notice of Adoption of both sets of regulations will be published in an upcoming edition of the New York State Register, at which point they will take effect.

UPDATE: The Notice of Adoption for the two regulations that were recently approved by the New York State Gaming Commission (interactive fantasy sports and sports wagering advertising and marketing), weren’t included in this week’s New York State Register.
