Maryland Promo Deduction Rules Published

On Monday, the rules to prohibit promo deductions for sports betting and retail casinos were published in the Maryland Register. This opens a 30 day comment window.
We understand that lawmakers intend to put a hold on these rules in the new year, which will delay, but not guaranteed to eliminate the proposals.
