Wyoming iGaming Bill Expected with Higher Tax Rate

iDEA has retained a lobbyist in Wyoming. Our lobbyist is already coordinating with other lobbyists on strategy and outreach. With several new members to the Legislature, the focus will be on bringing them up to speed on this issue.
We anticipate that the iGaming bill will be pre-filed within the next 30 days. It will look like last year’s bill, but with a tax rate of 16% instead of 10%. Some tribes in the state have expressed concern over iGaming.
